We offer free standard shipping for standard packages on all orders within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options via USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx and other trusted carriers. Estimated delivery time:
Standard: 3–7 business days
Expedited: 2–3 business days

Delays and Carrier Issues
VitaEver Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer liable.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to help file a claim if needed.
Return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the return is due to our error.
