Return and Refund
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To request a return, you must contact us within this period.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all seals, labels, and accessories. A valid proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please email support@vitaever.stor. Our support team will provide return authorization and the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is not due to our error (such as a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent), return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility and may be:

Deducted from the refund amount, or

Charged separately, depending on the return method
Any applicable return shipping cost will be clearly communicated during the return approval process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vitaever.store
In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

If you have questions about product eligibility, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the eligible item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping fees. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
